The staff of ALMARES consists of professionals who were among the first to conduct market research in Poland. We are private, independent research institute with national capital. Top OUR TEAM MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTITUTE  | Andrzej Ludek - President – Managing Director. Andrzej Ludek has Master Degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He worked for CBOS (Governmental Public Opinion Research Centre), for GfK Polonia in 1990-1991 and as General Manager of MEMRB International (Poland) (1991-1995). Since 1995 he has been the President and Managing Director of ALMARES - Institute for Consulting and Market Research. President of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers (1996 - 1999). Member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) since 1992, Member of BIAC Poland (Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD)(1999-2003), Member of the Council of Polish Chamber of Trade since 1995. Rotary International Past District Governor D-2230 (Belarus, Poland, Ukraine) in 2001-2002, President of the Inter-country Committee Poland – Germany. Andrzej Ludek has been honoured with the Cavalier Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for exceptional contribution to Poland presented by the President of Republic of Poland. | The staff of ALMARES consists of professionals who were among the first to take up market research in Poland. | Joanna Jagiello – Head of Research Department, responsible for preparing of research tools and reports, contacts with key clients. A graduate from the Management and Marketing faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Wrote a Master’s thesis about Opinion Leaders’ impact on consumer decisions. In marketing research since 1997. Participated and conducted several hundred of quantitative and qualitative research projects. | 
| Marta Bierca - MA in Ethnology, Warsaw University, project manager in ALMARES, specializing in qualitative and ethnographical projects, responsible for research tools’ preparation, moderation and reports / presentations from the study. | FIELDWORK DEPARTMENT 
| Marcin Rudzi?ski – Fieldwork Department Manager, responsible for projects' preparation, pilot testing and fieldwork, validation and control. Warsaw University graduate, 5 years’ experience in market research. Formerly Office Manager at educational institution. | | DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENT  | Zbigniew Korona – Data Processing Department Manager, responsible for data processing and analysis. Graduate of Warsaw Polytechnic (Faculty of Electronics). 15 years of experience in market research, from 1991 to 1993 – manager of Data Processing Department in Pentor Institute, from 1993 to 1995 – analyst at Salerno University. | Top FIELDWORK FIELDWORK DEPARTMENT ALMARES has its own nationwide interviewers’ net. Research Department of the Institute is assisted by 16 regional fieldwork supervisors who closely control the quality of work of over 400 interviewers and co-workers. - every regional supervisor has few years’ experience in managing the interviewers’ team
- our regional supervisors have high professional skills affirmed by, among others, previously accomplished projects and PKJPA audit (Interviewers' Quality Control Scheme)
- before approaching certain projects our regional supervisors participate in briefings carried on by representatives of Fieldwork Department and / or Research Department
- permanent contact of Fieldwork Department with supervisors always makes possible quick preparation and accomplishment of every research project, and guarantees the highest quality and completed tasks in time at every phase
Interviewers - trainings for interviewers:
- every candidate for interviewer is initially well-trained in order to be theoretically and practically prepared to work in market research and also to be aware of ethic aspects of interviewer’s work
- every interviewer, before starting certain projects, is obliged to participate in training in order to become familiar with project’s methodology
- initial trainings and trainings for certain projects are conducted by experienced coordinators and also representatives of Fieldwork Department and Research Department.
- verification of interviewer’s work quality (control)
- honesty and reliability of our interviewers’ work in every project are verified via both methods: re-contact validation (control of 10 – 100 % of conducted interviews) and also checking of data records (100% merits, logical control of conducted interviews done by Fieldwork Department, in cooperation with Research Department and Data Procession Department)
